• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is your own responsibility.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact z99 Support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old to use z99. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your region.
• Accounts registered from regions where z99 is prohibited will not be approved.
• Professional game developers, z99 employees, and their immediate family members are prohibited from participating in certain games.
• During account verification, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport as proof of age.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on z99. We support Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party payments are not accepted.

• Any fraudulent activity involving the bonus system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All gaming and betting activities on z99 are governed by the following rules, which all members are required to follow.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• For Sports Betting, bets placed before a match kicks off are considered valid; bets that were not recorded due to a technical error will be deemed void.
• In the event of a technical error in any game, z99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount.
• Betting limits may vary by game and market.
• In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, z99's decision shall be considered final.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.

Z99 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, never a source of problems. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits on their account at any time.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to lock your account for anywhere from 7 days to permanently.

• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or z99 staff.

Valid funds remaining in an account at the time of closure are generally refunded; however, in cases of fraud, they may be forfeited.

Members may also contact support at any time to request account closure.

Z99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

• Continued use of z99 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
